Thanks to the Internet and the fantastic possibilities that Zoom and Skype technology offers, it is now possible to actually learn as you would at Speak French Now in Sydney, from anywhere in Australia or in the World. All you need is a computer, a fast broadband connection, a web-cam and a headset (optional). 

Zoom and Skype are free to download, quick and easy to set up (no more than 5 minutes) and allows you to have free video calls with us via the Internet.

Free videos calls, via web-cams with Zoom or Skype, allow the same interactivity and direct learning experience as in our face to face lessons in Sydney. You can see and hear us instantly and we can see and hear you instantly as well. But that’s not all!  Thanks to the great interactive possibilities of Zoom or Skype, we can also display on your screen images, visuals, exercises, charts and use an instant messaging tool as a virtual whiteboard, without you needing to do anything technical.

After the lessons, you will receive customized homework in PDF format by email to further your study on your own.

You’ll also have access to an app with great flashcards, games and activities that are tailored to what you’re learning in your class.

• Fast broadband or NBN connection

• Download and install Zoom or Skype (free) .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

● Small group lessons will proceed with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 students.

● No enrollment is confirmed unless 100% of the course fee is paid.

● Payment must be made 7-days prior to the beginning of the course, unless arranged otherwise.

● Speak French Now cannot be held responsible for changes in the students’ work commitment or personal circumstances. Once a series of classes has been confirmed by payment and the course has started, no refund will be given.

● Students are not entitled to a discount, a refund or rescheduling if they arrive late or miss a class. An extra lesson can be arranged at an extra cost if the student miss a class and want a catch-up lesson.

● In case of a serious illness, hospitalization or a unique situation, a refund might be approved if the course hasn’t started yet.

● Students will be notified if a course is cancelled and fees will be promptly refunded in full.

● Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct that could endanger and seriously disrupt the lesson could lead to the cancellation of the student’s lessons, without any right to obtain a refund.

● Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will require full payment.

● Lessons are transferrable but not refundable.

● If a cancellation is a result of a serious illness, hospitalisation or a unique situation, lessons might be deferred.
